Tip: If you are wondering how do I use this eye shadow wet? Well, I will tell you. Begin by dampening a paper towel or tissue such as a Kleenex. Next, you’re your eye shadow brush and dip it into the dampness of the paper towel/Kleenex. Then you’re your powder. Tap off any excess product and apply the eye shadow as you normally would as if you would apply eye shadow. I prefer to tap it on or press it in with a medium size eye shadow brush. Next, I would take my smaller eye shadow brush and blend the product from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner of the eye. Otherwise, opt for a soft, natural look by using it dry. You could also use the wet eye shadow method if you want an intense, dramatic eye liner or for a natural eye liner look you would use it dry.
