Drinking Water on an Empty Stomach?



Did you know drinking water on an empty stomach is actually better for you in many ways? For example, you will notice glowing skin aka clear skin, skin feels moist, thanks to the increase in energy levels, plus it gets rid of dark circles under the eyes. Make sure you drink water 45 minutes after you have finished a meal.
