Decrease Fine Lines with Cantaloupe


Cantaloupe is a tasty summer fruit that contains Vitamins A, B and C, fiber, as well a great amount of water; 92% to be exact.

Weight Loss
First of all, cantaloupe is low in calorie, which means you can eat as much as you like and still maintain your daily calorie intake. Also, cantaloupe is high in fiber, which is essential if you want to lose weight or keep your current weight, thanks to fiber being slow to digest. This means you will feel full preventing you from overeating and snacking in between. 

Decrease Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Thanks to this fruit containing large amounts of water, cantaloupe promotes the reduction of wrinkles and fine lines. Because your body is primarily composed of water, aside from bone and fat, cantaloupe provides the needed water your body needs to maintain hydrated, which will keep the fine lines and wrinkles away. Dehydrated/dry skin leads to those unwanted lines.


ANTI-AGING FACIAL MASK
You’ll Need:
1/8 cup of mashed cantaloupe
1 tbsp of warm organic honey (if you don’t have organic honey, regular honey will do)

Directions:
1.       Place honey in a glass bowl and place it over top of a pot that is half full of hot (not boiling) water to soften the honey.
2.      Add cantaloupe. Mix well.
3.      Massage the mixture onto a cleansed face.
4.      Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes.
5.      Rinse off with warm water followed by a splash of cool water.

6.      Repeat once a week
