Tip: The eyeshadows are specifically made to be used wet or dry. Dry meaning, no water is involved and you apply the eyeshadow as you normally would. Wet meaning, it will give a much more intense, dramatic look. The way to achieve the wet look, take a damp paper towel or tissue. Make sure it’s damp. Take a bit of the product onto your brush. Lightly tap it in the dampness of the paper towel or tissue. Tap it again to remove any excess product on the dry part of either of the two you decide to use. Then apply onto your eyes.
