Did You Know: Shampoo dries out your hair and that is why
it's important to condition your hair after you've shampooed.
If you contain:
Oily Hair: Shampoo twice a day; morning and night. If you
do not have to shampoo twice a day opt for a dry shampoo. A dry shampoo
contains powder and will spray out the powder to absorb the oil. Powder absorbs
oil. Use the dry shampoo towards the end of the work day around 4ish. It will
bring hair back to life. Leave the conditioner in the hair for about less than
a minute if you really feel you need to use a conditioner. Because your hair is
already oily, your hair naturally produces a natural conditioner, so you really
don't need to use a conditioner. Your hair gets conditioned naturally
throughout the day, really.
Dry Hair: Shampoo every other day. This will prevent the
hair from further damage or from drying your out even more than what it is
already. Leave the conditioner in your hair for 2 minutes. This will bring the
moisture into your hair.
Normal Hair: Lucky You! You can shampoo every day. Leave
the conditioner in the hair for about a minute or just over a minute. Also,
it's really good if your hair can naturally condition itself with the natural
oil, nutrients, vitamins our hair supplies. Every now and again allow your hair
to naturally condition itself.
