Staying with
the trend for the upcoming season, apply a thick black eyeliner whether you use
cream, liquid or cake eyeliner creating a cat eye, so the liner extends past
the outer eye. Right above choose a bright bold hue in white, red, blue, pink.
Do the exact same thing when you applied the eyeliner, only difference apply
this bright, bold hue right above the eye liner. Apply lots of mascara and
false lashes.
