With the built in primer into this eye shadow, this is one liquid eye shadow I really love. I love the intensity it provides, along with how quickly it dries into a shimmery eye shadow. It is so simple to apply to your eye lids. Apply, and blend to your desired intensity. I was never a big fan of liquid eye shadows, however this particular one from Marcelle I just love. There isn’t anything I don’t like it about, really. For women on the go, it is a nice eye shadow to have. You don’t have to worry about touch ups and the finish; well I can’t stop looking at it. 
How do you apply Velvety Eye Shadow. I like to begin at the outer corner of my eyes and work my way to the inner corner or once applied on the outer corner, blend the formula on my lids to the inner corner of my eyes.

This is a kohl pencil you can wear as eyeliner or smudge it on your eyelids to create a smoky eye. You can smudge it as much as you want depending on the intensity. I wanted a soft black smoky eye so I smudged and blended it quite a bit. I have to say, I am absolutely impressed with how quickly and easily it was to smudge and blend the pencil. Once you have finished, it stays intact until you are ready to remove your makeup at the end of the day. With one pencil you can create a gorgeous, quick and simple smoky eye. The more you blend, the more it appears you have applied different hues to your smoky eye, when you haven’t.
