Skin Care Tip: Reducing Redness

Chamomile is anti-flamatory, which means it gets rid of redness on the face, whether you have a cup of it, or places it on the face. Remember chamomile is a calming tea; therefore it will calm your skin. Chamomile can soothe insect bites, chicken pox, wounds, burns, bruises, sunburns, rashes, and itchy or inflamed skin. The next time your skin is discomforted by eczema, psoriasis, acne, diaper rash, and other skin irritations think of chamomile to sooth the skin. However, in this article it will be all about reducing redness from the skin aka inflammatory skin.

You Will Need:
1 tea bag of Chamomile brewed
Face Cloth

Directions:
Once the herb has been brewed, and has cooled down so it won’t burn your face, place a face cloth onto the areas on the face or body that has redness including acne or blemishes. Do this remedy once a day, and as often as you need to reduce the redness.
