1. Coffee - any caffeine that is processed and unnatural
Caffeine is absorbs the water content inside of us. So, for ever cup of coffee you drink, double the amount water intake. Or, better, yet, give up on drinking coffee all together. This will prevent your skin from lacking hydrating, which causes blemishes.

3. Exfoliate
Exfoliation is key. When you exfoliate your skin, you won't have to worry about blemishes. Blemishes occur when the oil in your pores gets clogged by the dead skin. Or, by having your skin cells not fully develop to its full capacity. Either one isn't good.

4. Sleeping in Makeup
Do you sleep in your makeup? If so, what are you doing?! Stop everything! This isn't good at all. By not removing your makeup, your skin dries out by having your makeup move around up, down, sideways when you sleep. This means it seeps into the pores. Dry skin leads to aging skin, rapidly. Let's not age the skin, especially if you don't have to.

By eating your vitamins, for example, Vitamins A, B, C to name a couple are extremely important to consume. It nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Vitamin C is very good for oily skin, as it detoxifies the skin. As for other skin types, Vitamin C delivers moisture. Vitamin A moisturizes and hydrates. All in all, eat your vitamins.

6. Beauty Sleep
Going to bed before midnight ensures your skin being well rested. Sleep is excellent to heal any inflammatory that is going on within the skin, which means it heals the skin quicker. To be well rested reflects on your skin.

7. Salt Be Gone
Sodium absorbs the water content that is inside of us, just like a coffee. You will always have to rehydrate yourself. Skin that is dehydrated causes blemishes.
