Who wore it better? Let's break it down.
Selena Gomez pairs this low-cut red dress with a black clutch, black pointed nude pumps, light on the jewelry, with her hair parted down the middle pulled back, smokey eyes and nude lip. I love how her shoes make the whole outfit look light, clean and crisp.
Lucy Hale's ankle sandals just make her whole look like heavy. Even though I love her side swept hair that's pulled back. It's her shoes that make me feel that this look of Lucy's isn't her best.
