Omega 3 is a fatty acid that contains two types. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) is one of the two types found in omega 3. The other type of this fatty acid is called docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Skin Benefits:
DHA keeps the brain functioning properly. So, what does EPA contribute to our outer organ? It greatly benefits skin by regulating oil production to boost hydration and prevent acne, and by delaying the skins aging process to stave off wrinkles. Dehydrated skin, dry skin,anti-aging, oily skin people, this can benefit you greatly. Beautiful skin is on the way!!
